Patronage Packages
FPO Gold Patronage
30.00 EUR per theme
Includes 1 FPO Gold Medal + 1 FPO Ribbon per theme, free patronage recognition, and package delivery to the organizer.
FPO Full Excellence Patronage
50.00 EUR per theme
Includes 1 FPO Gold, 1 FPO Silver, 1 FPO Bronze medals + 3 FPO Ribbons, free patronage recognition, and free package delivery to the organizer.
FPO Add-on (Gold Package Only)
5.00 EUR per unit
Includes 2× FPO Ribbons + free delivery. The maximum is 3 ribbons per theme — since the Gold package already includes 1 ribbon per theme, one Add-on unit per theme brings it to the maximum (example: FPO Gold Patronage + FPO Add-on = 3 ribbons for that theme).

Application Conditions
Patronage applications must be submitted at least 60 days before the exhibition's closing date. Applications are made exclusively through the online form by registered organizers with an active annual membership. Once payment is confirmed and the application approved, your exhibition receives its official FPO patronage number and certificate.
Calendar & Obligations
After the closing date, the organizer is expected to meet the following deadlines:
- Judging completed: within 15 days of the closing date.
- Author notification and results published: within 20 days of the closing date.
- Results report (Excel file) delivered to FPO: within 10 days of publishing results.
- Awards shipped to winning authors: within 60 days of publishing results.
